Document Generation Prompt v1.0 β structured envelope, jurisdiction skeletons, citation whitelist
Every generated document now ships with a structured envelope (defined terms, missing-input notes, required-clause audit) and jurisdiction-native skeletons for US, UK, KR, and JP.
- R1βR12 hard rules enforced at generation: no placeholder leakage, no fabricated citations, jurisdiction-locked language.
- Β§3.2 native skeletons added for US (WHEREAS / Recitals), UK (Background / Discloser-Recipient), KR (κ°/μ/μ Nμ‘°/β β‘β’), JP (η²/δΉ/第Nζ‘).
- Β§4 regulatory citation whitelist enforced (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA, etc.); fabricated U.S.C. or directive numbers are rejected.
- Render hints (page size A4 vs Letter, font family fallback for CJK/Arabic) flow from envelope into PDF/DOCX export.
- Eval suite: 11/11 golden cases pass against mock pipeline.
Phase 1 templates live
Five core templates launched: NDA, Privacy Policy, Freelance Contract, Terms of Service, Invoice β eight output languages each.
- NDA: mutual / unilateral, optional non-compete / non-solicit / return-of-materials clauses, US state-aware.
- Privacy Policy: GDPR + CCPA + COPPA toggles, e-commerce / SaaS / marketplace business types.
- Freelance Contract: hourly / fixed / milestone payment structures, IP assignment, kill fee, arbitration.
- Terms of Service: user-content / payments / free-trial / age-gate variations, indemnification, liability cap.
- Invoice: USD / EUR / GBP / KRW / JPY / BRL / AUD / CAD with tax rate and payment-method blocks.
